Everything we produce is Red Tractor certified from start to finish, field to plate, including our core ingredient, Wildfarmed flour. We use their regenerative flour to produce high-quality products which are not damaging the planet.
Wherever we can, we support British farmers. Like buying all our wheat flour from Red Tractor assured farms.
We also buy all Red Tractor assured rapeseed oil from Kentish Oils, based near our bakeries.
